"Amen I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me." Matthew 25:40

The Catholic Church exists to evangelize. It is mandated to carry forth the Good News to every sector of the human race. Religious Education participates in this mandate of the Church and invites people of all ages to conversion and faith. The Catholic faith is, above all, conversion to Jesus Christ, full adherence to His person and the decision to walk in His footsteps. Authentic discipleship demands a permanent commitment to think like Him, to judge like Him and to live as He lived. Thus, parents, students, faculties and all parishioners are called to witness to this intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.

The Outreach Committee connects SJN parishioners to organizations both local and around the state with volunteers from our parish to partner and serve the poor and disadvantaged.  We connect SJN volunteers to both one-time and ongoing opportunities of service and assist in funding where needed.  Our 3 areas of focus are the Delaware County area, Columbus (inner city) and rural Ohio counties.

Current and past projects include Run the Race, 411 Foundation Blessing Bags, WARM Summer Lunch, My Very Own Blanket and United Way of Delaware County.  Contact Beth Fenton for more information, 614-439-6991.
